Meet Irene
Irene Contreras is a Spanish-Swiss coach and educationalist based in Winterthur, Switzerland. Born in Madrid, she has built a diverse professional career from translation and international relations to continuous medical education.
An ICF-certified coach, Irene’s coaching philosophy revolves around human-centric leadership, deep listening, creativity, and a passion for constant learning.
Fluent in five languages, she brings a unique intercultural perspective to her work, partnering with high-level decision-makers, young or seasoned professionals, and entrepreneurs to transform their impact through her signature ICON Approach™.
Outside of her professional life, Irene is a creative explorer, passionate about discovering hidden treasures in nature and nurturing her entrepreneurial ideas. She lives with her partner and two daughters, continually inspired by the world around her.
